Tiger Track Fun Run
Your child collects donation pledges from family and friends for a certain number of laps around a pre-made track. After the Fun Run, your child will collect the donations from the pledges and return them to school. Depending on the amount of donations collected, your child can win various prizes. 100% of the proceeds go to improving our school.
-
Be Hip, Buy Scrip
Scrip is a program where you buy gift cards for gorcery stores, retail stores, and restaurants. You get the gift cards at face value, and a portion of each sale goes back to the teachers at our school. Just use the form that your child brings home each month or contact Roxanne Carlin for more info.
-
Publix Partners
Next time you are at Publix or the school lobby, pick up a little green plastic barcode cards and attach it to your keychain. Have your cashier scan it every time you shop, and Publix will donate a portion back to the school.
-
Box Tops for Education
Clip the “Box Tops for Education” logo from many of the products you buy at the grocery store. Send them to school with your child, and we do the rest. Our Media Center receives 10¢ for every box top turned in.
-
Tyson Chicken Program
If your family enjoys Tyson Chicken, please clip the A+ off the packages and boxes and send them to the school. Each of these labels is worth 25 cents. The labels are found on frozen and precooked chicken packages. The label on the bagged chicken is torn off when you open the bag, so remember to save it. When we have 100 labels we are able to send them to Tyson, who will “pay” us for them. Tyson is able to pay up to $12,000 per year per school.
-
Campbell’s Soup Labels
Campbell’s soup labels may be dropped off in the large Campbell’s can in the front lobby of the school. Be sure to cut the labels so the UPC code is intact!
-
Chick-fil-A Spirit Nights
A night out with family and friends at Chick-fil-A helps your school earn money. Make sure you mention you are from Thomas Crossroads when you order. A percentage of sales that night are donated directly to the school.
