PTO Update

Yearbooks – Due to slow sales, we have had to reduce the order for this year’s books, so we can’t guarantee that we will have extra books to sell. Please take the time to reserve your child’s book by either buying it online at the Thomas Crossroads Yearbook site or submitting your order form to Dawn White, PTO Vice President. Forms are available in the VIP room in the front office of the school. Yearbooks are $35 and all photos are in color.

Spaghetti Supper – Don’t cook dinner – let us do it for you! Our annual Spaghetti Supper is coming up on Friday, February 26 from 5-8 p.m. Ticket order forms will be coming home soon, so please save this date!

Chick-fil-A Spirit Night – 10% of all sales during the hours of 5-8 on March 2 will go to our school. Please save your receipt & send it in to school the next day with your child’s name on it; the class with the highest participation will get a special classroom treat!

Volunteers Needed & Appreciated! In order to have successful events, we need YOUR help for the following events:
Spaghetti Supper (2/26, 5-8 p.m.) – we need parent & grandparent volunteers to help set up, serve & clean up the event. Please email Dawn Swansbrough at dswansbrough@hotmail.com if you would like to help out by volunteering for a half hour shift.

Talent Show (3/12, 6 p.m.) – we need parent & grandparent volunteers to help supervise & coordinate performers, open curtains, pass out programs etc. Please email Dawn Swansbrough at dswansbrough@hotmail.com if you would like to help out at this event.

Please join us for our next PTO General Meeting on Thursday, February 11 at 7 p.m. in the cafeteria. We would love to have more parents attend!

PTO Meeting Thursday January 28

The PTO meeting this Thursday is going to be part of Jumpstart. The meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. in the gym.

PTO Meeting Moved

Please note that the PTO General Meeting has been moved from January 14 to January 28. There is an additional meeting scheduled for 1:30 p.m. on January 21.
